Spring Championship of Online Poker Underway on PokerStars

The Spring Championship of Online Poker is now underway on PokerStars, offering up some of the most intense online tournament action of 2015. Through May 24th there will be a shocking $40 Million in guaranteed prizepools on the line across 138 unique tournaments. 

There will be a High, Medium, and Low buy-in version of each SCOOP event, meaning there are essentially three separate tournament series running simultaneously. The SCOOP High tournaments aren’t for the faint of heart, with buy-ins ranging from a minimum of $700 up to the staggering sum of $21,000. The SCOOP Medium events will cost roughly 10% of the corresponding High event, $82 - $2,100, while the Low events are generally set at 10% of the Medium event cost, between $7.50 - $215.

SCOOP 2015 will feature all of the game types and structures that PokerStars players have become accustomed to. There will be tournaments held in Hold’em, Omaha, 5-Card Omaha, Omaha H/L, Stud, Stud H/L, Razz, HORSE, 8-Game Mix, Single Draw 2-7, and Triple Draw. These events will feature an assortment of limits and structures including Turbo, Re-Entry, Rebuy, 1 Rebuy/1 Add-On, Full Ring, 8-Max, 6-Max, 4-Max, Heads-Up, Knockout, Ante Up, and more. 

Main Event Sunday, May 24th, will feature $7 Million in Guaranteed Main Events - all starting at 2:30 ET:

Main Event Low: $109 Buy-in, $1,000,000 Guaranteed

Main Event Medium: $1,050 Buy-in, $2,000,000 Guaranteed 

Main Event High: $10,300 Buy-in, $4,000,000 Guaranteed
