NFL Championship Games Weekend

It’s Championship Games Weekend in the NFL, with both the AFC & NFC games scheduled for this Sunday.

Up first, it’s the NFC Championship at 3:00 PM ET with Aaron Rodgers and his Green Bay Packers hosting Tom Brady’s Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Lambeau Field in Green Bay WI.  There’s a 50/50 chance of light snow by kick-off.

This will be Tampa Bay’s fourth appearance, their first since the 2002 Season and their first with Brady as quarterback.  They’ve won it once.  Brady, as the Patriot’s quarterback, has won it nine times.

Green Bay is making their 9th appearance, winning it three times.  Just last year, the Packers lost to the 49ers.

Up next is the AFC Championship at 6:40 PM ET, with the Buffalo Bills traveling to Arrowhead Stadium to face the Kansas City Chiefs.  There’s a 50/50 chance of light rain by kick-off.

This is Buffalo’s first appearance since the 1993 season, while the Chiefs will be playing for the third year in a row.  Just last year, the Chiefs won the title 35-24 against Tennessee.

The NFC Champion and the AFC Champion will face-off Sunday, February 7th at 6:30 PM ET in Tampa FL for Super Bowl LV.
